Refund Policy

Our commitment to fair billing

✅ We stand behind SmartlyServe. If something goes wrong, contact us and we'll make it right. This policy outlines when and how refunds are issued.

1. Free Trial

All new SmartlyServe accounts start with a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. During this period you are not charged, and no refund is applicable as no payment has been made. Cancel any time during the trial at no cost.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

5. Service Credits

For service disruptions, SmartlyServe may issue account credits rather than cash refunds. Credits are applied to your next billing cycle and do not expire for 12 months.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@smartlyserve.com with:

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

7. Statutory Rights

If you are a consumer in the UK, EU, or other jurisdictions, you may have additional statutory rights that override this policy. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law, including the right to cancel a digital service contract within 14 days of purchase under the UK/EU Consumer Rights Directive (subject to the service not having been fully performed with your consent).
